The villa was built in 2007 and is a modern, spacious design. It is child-friendly and features a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms over two floors. The villa benefits from a large terrace downstairs and a large balcony terrace upstairs off two bedrooms all of which have stunning sea views.

Each bedroom has a double bed with a range of cupboards and chest of drawers. The villa comfortably accommodates 6 adults plus we have the option of a child's cot and a Z bed for larger groups.

The villa is cleaned prior to occupancy and all linen, towels and tea towels are provided (Beach towels are not provided).

The villa is situated near the communal pool and is just minutes away
by car from the nearest beach.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in the villa.
