1 April - 27 May: £600 per week
28 May - 30 June: £700 per week
1 July - 22 July: £750 per week
23 July - 2 September: £850 per week
3 September - 31 October: £750 per week
1 November - 19 December: £550 per week
20 December - 2 January 2012: £600 per week

Rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
Additional occupancy beyond 6 people is available at an extra charge.

Notes on prices: Prices are for the property per week are in pounds sterling.
All prices refer to a minimum stay of 1 week.

Changeover day: We can offer flexibility on changeover days and will try to
accommodate your wishes where possible.

Booking notes: Bookings require a 25% deposit and the balance 8 weeks before the
start of your holiday, together with a refundable deposit of £200 - to be held against any breakages or exceptional cleaning requirements on departure.
